Unit vector in the direction of b is given by b⃗∣b⃗∣\frac{\vec{b}}{|\vec{b}|}
b⃗∣b⃗∣\frac{\vec{b}}{|\vec{b}|} = 2i^+j^+2k^9\frac{2\hat{i}+\hat{j}+2\hat{k}}{\sqrt{9}}
= 13(2i^+j^+2k^)\frac{1}{3}(2\hat{i}+\hat{j}+2\hat{k})
