Given equation of the line is

\;{x - 1}/{2} = -y = \;{2z + 1}/{6}

⇒ \;{x - 1}/{2} = \;{y -0}/{-1} = \;{2(z + \;{1}/{2})}/{6}

⇒ \;{x - 1}/{2} = \;{y -0}/{-1} = \;{z + \;{1}/{2}}/{3}

The direction ratios of the line are (2, -1, 3).
