The length of the model of the ship is 2 m\text{m} . Calculate the length of the ship.
Solution:  
∴ Scale factor = length of the model  length of the ship \therefore \text{ Scale factor } = \frac{\text{ length of the model }}{\text{ length of the ship }}
1300=2 length of the ship \frac{1}{300} = \frac{2}{\text{ length of the ship }}
Length of the ship =600 m= 600 \text{ m}
