F = 14πϵ0q1q2r2\frac{1}{4\pi\epsilon_0} \frac{q_1 q_2}{r^2} = 9 × 10910^9 × 2×10−7×3×10−7(30×10−2)2\frac{2 \times 10^{-7} \times 3 \times 10^{-7}}{(30 \times 10^{-2})^2} or F = 6 × 10−310^{-3} N
