. The capacitor are arranged in the following manner.

Hence,

\frac{1}{C_{\text{eq}}}=\frac{1}{C_{1}}+\frac{1}{C_{2}}

\frac{1}{C_{eq}}=\frac{1}{4}+\frac{1}{4}

\frac{1}{C_{eq}}=\frac{1+1}{4}

C_{eq}=\frac{4}{2}=2\;\mu\mathrm{F}

and

C_{3}

capacitor are joined into the parallel combination

Hence,

C_{eq}'=C_{eq}+C_{3}

=2+4=6\;\mu\mathrm{F}
