Solution:

As it is evident from the table, there has been decrease in the workforce engaged in the primary sector from 1999−2000 to 201112 . The percentage of workforce engaged in secondary and tertiary sector has increased. Though the shift from primary to secondary and tertiary sector is a good sign but this rise is not significant.
