 Investment  Foreign investment
 (i) The money which is used in assets like land, machinery, buildings is called investment. It can be by both domestic and foreign sources.  (i) Foreign investment refers to an investment made in a country by a company or any individual of another country in a business or production.
 (ii) For example-A person may buy shares equity, gold or any other property.  (ii) For example MNC's set up factories, production units, they buy land, assets, etc. that is the investment they are making in the country.
