The communication service can be mass communication services or personal communication services. For mass communication, the means used are TV, internet, radio, newspapers, etc., where as for personal communication mobile, social network, letters, etc., are being used. Mass communication is for the masses which makes them aware about the things happening around the world, whereas the means of personal communication is related to single individual which maintains the privacy of the concerned.
