Features of Informal Organisation:
(i) Informal organisation gets created on its own within the formal organisation as a result of personal interaction among employees
(ii) It emerges to satisfy social and cultural needs and to get psychological satisfaction.
(iii) In an informal organisation, Information flows/freely without following any specified path or channel.
