(d) Decentralisation
Decentralisation is referred to as a form of an organisational structure where there is the delegation of authority by the top management to the middle and lower levels of management in an organisation. Decentralisation explains the manner in which decision making responsibilities are divided among hierarchical levels, Decision making authority is shared with lower levels and is consequently placed nearest to the point of action.
