This means that consumers should be provided a means to raise their voice against companies and express dissatisfaction from usage of products/services. For example, mobile network providing companies like Vodafone, Airtel, etc provide phone numbers, e-mails, or chatbots to register a complaint about dissatisfaction with their service.
Right to be informed - Consumer has a right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standards and price of the goods or services to protect consumers against unfair trade practices. This means, every product should have packaging and labelling that indicates trademarks, compliances, etc. For example, a packet of potato wafers indicates, ingredients, quality trademarks, weight, price, etc informing the characteristics of the content inside the packet to the consumer.
