Solution:

P(A\/B)=2× P(B\/A)

⇒ \;{P(A∩ B)}/{P(B)}=2× \;{P(A∩ B)}/{P(A)}

⇒ P(A) = 2× P(B)

P(A) + P(B) = \;{2}/{3}

⇒ 3P(B) = \;{2}/{3}
