Explain how the human eye adapts itself to bright light and dim light.

In Bright light-The rod cells get disorganized, rhodopsin gets bleached. Cone cells get activated to give a coloured and clear vision.
In Dim light-The rod cells get rearranged pigments gets activated but cone cells become deactivated as iodopsin is activated only in bright light.
