Point (0, 0, 0); Plane (3x – 4y + 12z = 3)
Solution:  
The given plane is
3x – 4y + 12z – 3 = 0 ...(1)
∴ Distance of (0, 0, 0) from plane (1)
=∣3×0+4×0+12×0−39+16+144∣= \left|\frac{3\times0+4\times0+12\times0-3}{\sqrt{9+16+144}}\right| =∣−3169∣= \left|\frac{-3}{\sqrt{169}}\right| =313= \frac{3}{13}
