To truly empower women, we must work to eliminate these attitudes and break down the systemic barriers that hold women back. This requires a multifaceted approach, including policies and programmes that promote gender equality and education and awareness campaigns that challenge stereotypes and biases. However, despite the progress that has been made in recent years, there remain indifferent attitudes towards women's empowerment. These individuals may not actively work to hold women back, but they also do not actively work to promote equality and empowerment. It is important to actively work to change these attitudes and promote a culture of equality and empowerment for all women.
