In eukaryotes, the replication and transcription takes place in the nucleus. mRNA came out from the nucleus through the nuclear pore. In cytoplasm, translation occurs. In prokaryote, there is no nuclear membrane, so replication, transcription and translation all occur in the cytoplasm.
