Transparency International is UN watch-dog which gives ranks to all the member countries of the UN in terms of the corruption level in the government machinery.
There are 190 member countries of the UN since its establishment in 1945 and all of them are awarded the ranks which are valid for a particular year. The lower the rank, the less corruption infested the country is. And the higher the rank, the more corrupt the country is.
In the following table, the ranks of ten countries for three consecutive years are given. A positive change shows that the ranking has improved over the previous year and a negative change shows th at the ranking has worsened over the previous year.
Somehow the data for Australia, Kenya and Mozambique are missing from the table. NA indicated that the country was not in the list of the given ranks in that particular year.
