Illusion : an instance of a wrong or misinterpreted perception of a sensory experience. Truth : the quality or state of being true. Fact : a thing that is known or proved to be true. Reality : the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them. Actuality : the state of existing in reality.
