Delay in the administration of justice relating to land acquisition and displacement can be termed an infrastructural bottleneck in the development of India's economy. Some of the other hurdles are delayed decisionmaking, red-tapism, problems in environmental clearance, inadequate fuel supply to power plants, lack of private participation in investment and corruption.
