Solution:

Central angle of manufacturing

\frac{360^{\circ}}{100} \times 35

= 126°

Central angle of advertisement charges

\frac{360^{\circ}}{100}

= 64.8°

So, difference between their central angle

= 126° – 64.8° = 61.2°.
