Now a days children are more attracted towards playing mobile and computer games rather than playing outdoor games. These games offer a remarkable graphical interface with illuminating images of cars, soldiers, fighters, and players which attracts the interest of children towards this technology and there are thousands of games on one platform. But it has a very bad effect on children’s health. It leads to obesity, muscular strain, and eye damage. Overall, this is not a beneficial trend as it can isolate a child from society and make them unhealthy.
Course of action:
I) Children should play outdoor games to keep their body and mind fit and fine.
II) Parents should stop using mobile so that the children could not play mobile games.
