W and the one who is 54 yrs old belong to the same state. V, the one who is 61 yrs and the one who is 64 yrs belong to the same state. P is the eldest person in his/her respective state. The one who is 53 yrs belongs to Tripura. S age is twice of Q. V's age is 7 years less than W's age. R is not the youngest person. The minimum age is 18 yrs. V is elder than Q. P and S do not belong to the same state. V and T belong to the same state. U is 5 yrs elder than Q and one of the ages is 51 yrs.
