Solution:

(a) Units sold in April, May & Sep = 1266 + 1268 + 1296= 3830

Units sold in Jun, Jul & Dec = 1272 + 1292 + 1300 =3864

Similarly Units sold in Aug in Aug, Feb & March = 3986 and Units sold in Oct, Nov & Jan = 3928

So, 2 Ton ACs = 20% of 3830 + 25% of 3864 + 31% of 3986 + 25% of 3928
