Rotational Motion

In each rotation of the discs, the relative speed becomes zero twice (at the shown moment and at the moment when the discs are at diametrically opposite position). The relative speed also becomes maximum twice in each rotation of the discs (at the shown moment and at the moment when the discs are at diametrically opposite position).
