Union Agriculture minister Radha Mohan Singh, .in July 2015, launched three web portals: Participatory’ Guarantee System (PGS), India, Soil Health Management System and Fertilizer Quality Control System for the benefit of farmers. PGS is a process of certifying organic products which ensures agriculture production process in accordance with the standards laid down for organic products and that desired quality has been maintained.
