(5) The Government has establisheda mechanism to beknown as SETU (Self-Employmentand Talent Utilisation)under NITI Aayog. SETU willbe a Techno-Financial, Incubationand Facilitation Programmeto support all aspectsof start-up businesses, andother self-employment activities,particularly in technology-driven areas.
