$\sqrt{[(10 + \sqrt{25})(12 - \sqrt{49})}$

$\Rightarrow \sqrt{(10 + 5)(12 - 7)}$

$\Rightarrow \sqrt{(15 \times 5)}$

$\Rightarrow \sqrt{(3 \times 5 \times 5)}$

$\Rightarrow 5\sqrt{3}$
