(3) Antyodaya Anna Yojana(AAY) is a Government of Indiasponsored scheme to providehighly subsidised food tomillions of the poorest families.The main objective of thescheme is to provide the poorand the needy with basic ration.It was launched by theNDA government on 25 December,2000.
