(d) There are 100 members in Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council. UP is a bicameral state -- Vidhan Sabha(Legislative Assembly) and Vidhan Parishad (Legislative Council). In the Legislative council there are 100 seats and in Legislative assembly there are total 404 seats.
