(c) Mahatma Gandhi launched the Civil Disobedience Movement on 6th April 1930. The Gandhi-Irwin Pact was signed between Mahatma Gandhi and Lord Irwin, the then Viceroy of India, on 5th March 1931. The Cripps Mission headed by Sir Stafford Cripps formed in March 1942. On 24th September 1932, the Poona Pact was signed between B. R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi on the reservation of electoral seats for the depressed classes in the legislature
