Uniform Civil Code for the citizens (Article 44), Separation of Judiciary from executive (Article 50) and right to work, to education and to public assistance in cases of unemployment, old age, sickness and disablement, and in other cases of undeserved want (Article 41) are Directive Principles of State Policy under Part IV of Indian constitution.
