What did Franz wonder about when he entered the class that day?
Solution:
Franz had a bundle of surprises when he entered the class room. The village people were sitting quietly on the back benches. Mr. Hamel did not get angry with Franz, rather he requested him very kindly to go to his place and sit quietly. Mr. Hamel was dressed in his best formal clothes. Everybody in the class looked very sad.
