12th May, 2022, Chennai : The much awaited event of the year finally arrived. Our school celebrated its 25 glorious years of excellence on 10th May, 2022. It was celebrated with great pomp and show to showcase the meritorious service to the cause of education. It lasted for three days. It commenced with much fanfare and was inaugurated with lighting of lamp by the Principal, Vice-Principal and the conveners of the four houses. Preparations were started almost six months ago like stage renovation, painting of school building and many more. All the three days were filed with excitement and each day was dedicated to a noble cause of service. Day one was devoted to the children with special needs, on the second day, the volunteers visited Old Age Homes. On the third day, a visit to orphanages was organised. Theatre Club put up short skits which highlighted the matters of social concerns. All the programmes were well executed and performed. On the last day, dinner was served to the guests and mementos were given as a mark of remembrance. This is how our school celebrated its Silver Jubilee function.
