Why is part ' B ' considered to be important during germination?
Solution:  
The part A= Plumule ;B= Cotyledon ;C= Radicle Part B is cotyledon and it stores nutrients and for the germinating seed. As the seed has not yet developed into green leaves, the cotyledons provide all the nutrients and food to it.
