Democracy is a better form of government than any other form of government because :
(i) Democracy promotes equality among citizens.
(ii) It enhances the dignity of an individual.
(iii) Improves the quality of decision making.
(iv) Provides method to resolve conflicts amongst citizens.
(v) Democratic government is accountable, responsive and legitimate government.
(vi) It leads to reduction of inequality and poverty.
