Equity: Equity principle implies that all workers should be treated equally and provided equal opportunity. Equity however, does not discount for sternness and forcefulness. Superiors in the organisation should be kind and impartial and should not discriminate in terms of gender, religion, caste, etc. For example, women and men employees should be equally treated with respect and professionalism.
