Characteristics of Capital:
(i) Capital is the passive factor of production. It is not able to do anything by its own and used by other factor of production.
(ii) Capital has the highest mobility amongst all the factors of production. The land is immobile, labour has low mobility, whereas capital has both 'place mobility' and 'occupational mobility'.
