A letter is chosen at random from the word ‘ASSASSINATION’. Find the probability that letter is (i) a vowel (ii) a consonant.
Solution:  
An experiment consists of a letter chosen at random from the word ‘ASSASSINATION’ which consists 13 letters, (6 vowels and 7 consonants).
∴ Sample points are 13.
(i) Let E be the event that chosen letter is a vowel
