3. E is the second shortest person.

4. A is taller than F but shorter than H.

H > A > B > C and F
From 3rd and 5th statements, when summed up together, we get the final arrangement:
H > A > B > C > G > F > E > D
Hence, ‘two’ persons are taller than B.
