(C) Glacial land forms are landforms created by the action of glaciers. It includes striations, cirques, glacial horns, aretes, trim lines,U-shaped valleys, Roche moutonnées over deepenings and hanging valleys. Inselbergs arise from rocks which erode due to high-speed air at a slower rate than that of the surrounding rocks. The land form consists of an erosion-resistant rock which protects a softer rock such a slime stone.
