The Indian National Army Trials (INA trials), also known as Red Fort Trials were court martials of a number of officers of the Indian National Army between November 1945 to May 1946. The first trial was the joint court martial of Colonel Prem Sehgal, Colonel Gurbaksh Singh Dhillon, and General Shah Nawaz Khan. The second trial was of Abdul Rashid, Shighara Singh, Fateh Khan and Munawar Khan. Captain Mohan Singh was the founder of INA but due to public pressure. He was only dismissed from the British Army and was not put on trial.
