For a person it is very difficult to come out from a time, where he/she has lost something.
We always focus on things that we are deprived of, also we have never focused on them they were a part of us.
We are completely BROKEN by the thought of losing anything physically. This I realized after I had a brain injury.
But, only focusing on the things we have lost will do no good. Focus on the part that there is so much still left in the world left for us, which others are deprived off. Being optimistic in the worst situations will only make you strong and future ready. It’s like overcoming the bad 20% and preparing yourself for the coming 80%.
