Kakori Train Conspiracy was a political robbery and the incident that took place at a small town Kakori on August 9, 1925. It is also known as Kakori Conspiracy Case or The Kakori Train Robbery. The robbery was planned by Ram Prasad Bismil and Ashfaqullah Khan, to gain funds for the Hindustan Republican Association by taking money from the British Administration through force. It was recently renamed as Kakori Train Action.
