Aonla fruits are commonly used as preserves in murabbas, pickles,candy, jelly, jam, etc. It is a great health and vitality restorer. The fruit is useful in haemorrhages,diarrhoea, dysentery, anaemia,jaundice, dyspepsia and cough.
