(a) Ferozshah Mehta was a Parsi politician who died on 5th November 1915. The Jallianwala Bagh massacre took place on 13th April 1919, when General Dyer ordered troops to fire their rifles into a crowd of unarmed Indian civilians in Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, killing at least 400 people. Simon Commission was appointed in November 1927 by the British government to report on the working of the Indian constitution established by the Government of India Act of 1919. Mahatma Gandhi launched the Civil Disobedience Movement with Dandi March on 12th March 1930. .
