The Ninth Schedule of the Constitution of India was insertedby the first amendment in 1951. It includes those laws which arebeyond the purview of the judicial review. It was introduced by theNehru Government, on 10th May, 1951 to address the judicialdecisions and pronouncements especially about the chapter onfundamental rights. However, in 2007, the Supreme Court ruled that the laws included in this Schedule after 24th April, 1973 are now open to judicial review. Technically, option (b) is not correct. Hence, options (c) and (d) are more incorrect than others.
