In 'Intransitive verb' there are generally no words after the verb. Auxiliary verb accompanies a main verb to help express the tense, mood or voice. Modal verbs include can, must, may might etc., used with other verbs to express ability, obligation, possibility and so on. Transitive verb are action verb that have an object to receive that action. So, option (a) transitive verb is the correct option.
