An individual can be elected constitutionally any number of times before he fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the constitution.
In order to be qualified for the office of President, Article 58 of the Constitution lays down the principal requirements which must be fulfilled.
A President is expected to be:
A citizen of India
Of 35 years of age or above
Eligible to become a member of the Lok Sabha
A person shall not be entitled to be elected President if he holds any office of profit under the Government of India or the Government of any State, or under any local or other authority within the jurisdiction of any of those Governments.
