Bakhtiyar Khalji was the first Muslim Conqueror of Bihar. Mohammad Bin Bakhtiyar Khilji was the Military Generals of Qutb-ud-din Aibak who invaded some parts of eastern India at the end of the 12 th Century. During the invasion many of the Viharas and universities were sacked by him. And thousands of Buddhist monks were killed.
