JEEVIKA' is an initiative of Bihar Govt. for Poverty Attenuation. JEEVIKA is Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project, it is a Project which is assisted by the World Bank, aims to empower the rural poor by creating self managed community institutions and enhancing incomes through sustainable livelihoods.
